What you’ll be doing…
You will join a team of highly skilled product marketers to build holistic strategies for our mobile connected services portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing marketing plans, and overseeing end-to-end program management to achieve revenue growth within the consumer organization.
Successful candidates possess a forward-thinking mindset. They will leverage analytical capabilities to identify market opportunities and develop marketing strategies that generate demand, growth, & measurable product revenue growth.
In this role, you will work cross functionally with the product development team and other marketers to create robust marketing plans, tailored to unique audiences.
Responsibilities:
Develop clear marketing strategies and robust strategic marketing plans for our suite of Mobile Connected Devices within our Family product portfolio.
Curate compelling strategies for cross-functional activities that target specific high opportunity audiences.
Understand the rapidly changing marketplace and how people use our products and services.
Manage a cohesive marketing strategy across multiple channel tactics to optimize ROI.
Partner with relevant teams to implement and maintain marketing initiatives, setting us apart from our competition.
Collaborate with Integrated Marketing, Go-To-Market, and Learning & Development teams on all aspects of training, launch elements, and internal/external communications.
Analyze program performance and leverage customer insights to optimize existing programs and drive new strategies for revenue growth.
Understand the business case for new products and how they impact Verizon, as well as support the operational impacts of our execution strategies and outputs.
Manage reporting and readouts, highlight success measures.

You have a pursuit of innovative and effective ways to tell our home product story to our customers.
You’ll need to have:
A Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Master’s degree – more impressive if you have an MBA.
Experience writing marketing requirements and briefs.
Experience in cross-functional management and operating in a multi-stakeholder environment, managing multiple projects and priorities at once.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to use creative thinking in a fast paced, results-driven environment.
Financial Acumen.
Digital experience and an understanding of trends and key business drivers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $120,000.00 and $243,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
