The Partner Marketing Manager will be part of a growing Global Partner & Alliances team within EPAM’s Global Corporate Marketing team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and able to think proactively and constructively, becoming a multi-subject matter expert with a strong knowledge of the Digital Platform Partner eco-system.

Responsibilities
Work as part of a team to manage marketing relations and collaborative communication streams
Take ownership of managing and planning all marketing collateral related to a portfolio of technology partners; including content for events, case studies, website, social communication, newsletters, email campaigns, ABM, etc
Collaborate with different departments of Corporate Marketing team to ensure projects are completed timely, on-brand and with required depth and quality
Be a dedicated team-member with the Partner Practice team, including Competency Center head, SME’s (Subject Matter Experts), dedicated Business Development/Sales leads, Business Units and Account teams and Alliances to develop and agree a GTM strategy supported by content, case study creation, award submissions, PR opportunities and other marketing activities related to partners
Act as Project Manager for large and small-scale events, multi-touch nurture campaigns, ABM and targeted content creation, plus various other marketing initiatives
Be a proactive “ideas” generator with ambition to drive better messaging, marketing planning and business development through various marketing activities
Serve as the primary relationship owner with the Partner’s marketing team aligning on joint campaigns and event participation
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required
5+ years’ experience working as part of a Partner Marketing team, ideally with knowledge and experience of Digital Platform Partners (i.e. Salesforce, Adobe, commercetools, etc)
Marketing automation platform experience (e.g., Marketo, Pardot)
ABM (Account Based Marketing) experience
Proven experience in building, creating and leveraging creative assets and marketing content for multi-touch campaigns
Experienced content writing skills and virtual and/or in-person event planning are key requirements for this role, as is the ability to think creatively and drive go-to-market messaging
The ability to work independently and potentially across multiple countries will be required
Strong project management experience
A strong understanding of reporting, data and marketing metrics
Strong internal/external consultative marketing approach to effectively engage with Sales, Alliances, strategic partners and other internal and external stakeholders
