We're looking for a Creative Director with video production and direction experience to lead the charge on memorable and impactful campaigns that span all marketing channels and guide creative built to serve specific audiences and platforms. They will tell stories cross-platform, through sequential narratives, experiences, and offers, and connect it all seamlessly. You will work directly with T Studios senior leadership, marketing leaders, and the creative, digital and production groups to build industry leading Marketing communications. You'll lead the creative development process, refining and helping teams deliver on the big idea. Responsibilities: Work independently and proactively. You can take a Brief - or more often, a conversation - and turn it into an idea. Partner with creative team members and Studio Managers in overseeing the creative process throughout the entire project lifecycle. Guide and implement the creative ideation, vision and design feel across multiple channels. Present your work thoroughly and thoughtfully and stand behind every creative decision. Aren't precious about your work. Don't get us wrong - we want passionate Creative problem solvers. But we also want Creatives seasoned enough to know when to push back, when to take feedback, and when to move on. Create one-pagers, creative decks & outlines, develop storyboards, write scripts, work closely with Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Editorial, and MoGraph Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, or Film/TV production-related field (or equivalent years of experience) 5+ years creative experience with agency, studio, production company, or in-house teams Proven track record of leading teams to deliver bar-raising work across multiple channels Portfolio of work with examples of leading creative campaigns from strategy to execution Strong copywriting skills and ability to effectively communicate ideas to design, motion graphics and post-production teams.
