Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Digital Marketing Strategist uses digital marketing, promotional & creative strategy, paired with web technologies to achieve our business growth goals. The Digital Marketing Strategist also identifies needs and new opportunities and effectively connects our brand with our digital audiences. The Digital Marketing Specialists are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards. Essential Functions: Manage planning and execution of in-house digital campaign strategy. Execute and optimize digital campaigns on various platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Search, etc.). Define & monitor most important digital KPIs & reporting. Have good knowledge of paid & organic digital marketing strategies. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and technology. Collaborate on digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (paid & organic campaigns, websites, search, emails, social media, blogs). Use industry knowledge and KPIs to suggest optimization strategy & new digital campaigns proactively. Enhance O'Brien customer experience through collaboration with all departments and external partners. Adhere to digital marketing compliance regulations. Ability to manage a variety of diverse projects while working with creative & strategy marketing functions. Demonstrated working knowledge of META Business Suite and Google Ads Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree - either in marketing or in comparable field preferred. Knowledge of digital marketing tools & strategy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external staff and customers. Excellent organizational skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of instructions given, with minimal mistakes, as prescribed by the business needs.
