Reporting directly to the SFG Agency Manager, this role will develop and implement creative and data-driven marketing strategies to generate qualified leads that will convert to sales. liaise with external marketing and public relations businesses, graphic designers, and printers create and oversee the production of marketing and educational materials, including business cards, brochures, flyers, sales tools, and promotional products collaborate with employees and independent career agents (ICAs) on lead generation strategies, development of referral partners, educational events/seminars, conferences, community events, public relations events, and sponsorships; plan and promote events and ensure appropriate representation develop and manage external communications, such as website, TV, newspaper, e-blasts, emails, blogs, social media, printed materials, thank you messages, etc. coordinate with management on internal communications to ensure consistency with the brand and message collaborate across SFG and NCC for sharing marketing ideas, process improvements, cross-training, and to increase the value we offer to Medicare beneficiaries, agents, and agencies Include: Evaluate and manage lead generation sources and implement digital lead generation campaigns Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in varied marketing functions, especially lead generation, digital marketing, event planning, and ROI reporting Proficiency in MS Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook), familiarity with SEO/SEM. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook ads and analytics, social media platforms, content management systems high level of technology/business acumen experience creating B2C marketing plans; experience with B2B preferred experience with data analysis experience with online training platforms and videoconferencing tools, e.g., Teams, WebEx, GoToMeeting, Zoom valid driver's license and reliable transportation; local travel required exceptional content writing and proofreading skills working understanding of print and web design principles experience in the healthcare insurance industry preferred demonstrated knowledge of Medicare and other Senior insurance products preferred entrepreneurial experience, large or small experience with lead generation techniques community/volunteer leadership experience This position requires interaction with people and technology while either standing or sitting.
