Job Description:Client's Digital Media Marketing Operations team is passionate about helping the marketing team through program build, deployment troubleshoot in Market to help them achieve exceptional annual targets through operational excellence. Our goal is to increase the effectiveness of marketing programs driven by Demand teams which includes Creative Cloud and Document Cloud B2B products. Marketing Operations Analyst, Digital Media will focus heavily on solution design, lead all aspects of operations through program builds, define best practices of campaign architecture and process management standards. You will be responsible to gather requirements, build, collaborate proactively across Demand, Campaign, Platform, Analytics, Data and Production teams to achieve timelines. You require a combination of experience defining campaign ops measurement, being an influencer, managing multiple priority programs, along with technical hands-on experience. This role will be based in the United States and will report Manager, Marketing Operations Digital Media.
Responsibilities:
The role will require working closely with internal and external partners to improvise current operating models (across people, process, technology, and data).Gather, requirements, identify/propose a phased workback schedule for program build to achieving timelines.Implement solution and have services approach to global teams with a blend of business and technical knowhows.In this role, you will help build craft, implement, and build B2B marketing campaigns as we extend services to multiple business units and global teams.Establish and maintain operational performance benchmarks and KPIs and report regularly to the business for optimizations that feed into campaign insights.Define and adhere to standardize quality checklists, following campaign setup practices to drive superior service deliveryReview and analyze campaign operations requirements, respond, and satisfy gaps, identify risks & issues, and develop solutions accordinglyOversee detailed analysis, supervise, and prioritize multi-channel program across platforms which help achieve Digital Media Demand Gen goals.Work across internal members of the Production and Marketing Operations pillars to deploy quality precision level campaignsConceptualize, develop, and conduct A/B testing and personalization frameworks for the email channel through close collaboration with web and product strategy teamsWork closely with data science & analytics, marketing strategy teams to facilitate flawless, coordinated campaign execution that drives relevant engagements and accelerates sales opportunitiesFind opportunities for growth and continuous improvement working with agency partners and vendor teamsRequired
Experience building complex, high visibility programs in Marketo, Salesforce, AdobeCampaign, and other marketing platforms. Good to have Outreach experience.Solid understanding of large enterprise data structures and marketing metadataDemonstrated ability and knowledge of data analysis and statistics including hypothesis testing, A/B testing, etc.Experience in Account Based Marketing (ABM)Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally to mitigate and troubleshoot issuesData-driven, and a continued learner, researching new strategies and techniques to continuously improve your programsEagerness to learn a variety of technical systems thoroughly and efficientlyExperience using email testing tools such as Litmus, Return Path, Email on Acid etcEducation:
Bachelor's Degree, and/or 4 years proven experience in enterprise marketing, marketing.
