We're looking for a Senior Digital Product Designer to create human-centered product experiences that solve our customers' most meaningful problems, while delivering delight. You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and others across the business, while leading design efforts end-to-end. You believe design excellence helps drive sustained business impact.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design of initiatives, leverage insights from UX and market research, a/b testing, and analytics to inform design decisions and produce hi-fidelity designsOversee the cohesiveness of the product experience, balancing user insights with business goalsPartner with product managers, engineers, data analysts and others across the company to influence product strategy and shape our approach to product developmentChampion human-centered design thinking and advocate for the customer through principles including accessibility and inclusive designUtilize a full range of product design skills including UX, information architecture, and visual designCreate flows, clickable prototypes, and other artifacts to help visualize and/or user test conceptsMonitor customer feedback and partner with customer and design services teams to identify opportunities, understand customer sentiment, and ground design decisionsCommunicate design decisions openly and confidently with willingness to receive and incorporate feedbackMaintain and advocate for our design system, ensuring usability, flexibility and scalabilityStay up-to-date on competitors and industry trendsExecute very well in a fast-paced, fluid environmentQualifications
5+ years leading end-to-end design effortsAdept at designing cohesive experiences (web, iOS, Android)Track record of strong collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other partners across the businessCommunication skills that inspire varied audiencesExamples of design solutions that drove material customer and business impactDeep UX experience, along with strong visual design and information architecture skillsLo-fi and hi-fi prototyping skillsExperience with UX research methodologiesEvidence of expressing a brand through the product experienceExperience in Figma and associated toolsBonus: experience designing in code with technologies like HTML, Javascript, SASS/CSS, React
