We are built to help you build a career here as a long-term contributor in our work to enrich lives for generations.Summary of PositionThe Email Marketing Manager is responsible for running email marketing campaigns end-to-end by managing email databases and automation tools, and creating newsletters for our fast-paced growing organization. The role will drive the usage of email communications and develop strategies and distribution techniques to execute campaigns that engage clients and prospects to ultimately drive revenue. The role will assist in social media coordination to ensure brand uniformity. This role will have high exposure to all departments within Sequoia. This role can be located in our Mayfield Heights or Akron, Ohio office.ResponsibilitiesCreate email lists and campaigns managing the process from end-to-endCreate and implement various CTAs and email templates well written and free from mistakesDetermine email marketing KPIsDevelop, analyze, and present data reports and suggest methods for improvementsCreate and maintain static and dynamic email lists taking full responsibilitySegment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactionsWork with outside partners to support and supplement internal activitiesAssist with coordinating social media, blog content, and webinar productionCollaborate with the marketing team on various shared task work and responsibilities RequirementsRequired Skills/Experience2+ years of experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and data analyticsPardot experience required - 1-2 yearsProficiency using marketing automation technology and softwareCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong organization and attention to detail High willingness to learn and ensure projects are completed by deadlinesKnowledge of latest digital marketing trendsSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's successAbility to work independently and effectively in a collaborative environment with diverse personalities and geographiesBachelor's degree in Marketing or CommunicationsPreferred Skills and CharacteristicsFinancial industry and product knowledgeExperience with Salesforce and PardotThrives in a fast paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills CompetenciesRelationship ManagementCommunicationCritical ThinkingBusiness Acumen Team Player
