JPI is looking for a Marketing Coordinator/Specialist to join our Corporate Affairs & Communications team-someone who can bring creativity, precision, and a passion for elevated corporate design to every project. Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesDesign with Purpose: Design various marketing and communication materials, including presentations, reports, infographics, newsletters, and social media graphics that align with our brand identity.

Brand Management & Stewardship: Support the Corporate Affairs & Communications team in maintaining and reinforcing brand consistency across all visual assets, both internally and externally.

Content Creation: Develop and produce visually engaging content for internal communications (e.g., employee newsletters, announcements) and external channels (e.g., press releases, corporate reports, social media).

Visual Storytelling: Assist in crafting visual stories that communicate the company's achievements, values, and strategic goals, helping to enhance our corporate image and reputation.

Media Support: Coordinate with the team on media-related projects, including graphics for press releases, presentations for executive briefings, and materials for community relations and events.

Event Support: Contribute to the planning and promotion of corporate events, industry conferences, and community outreach initiatives, ensuring cohesive visual representation of the company.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality graphic content.

Experience Variety & Growth: Work across a range of projects that touch on multiple aspects of marketing and communications, building a well-rounded skill set and gaining exposure to strategic brand management.

Administrative Tasks: Support the team with scheduling, content calendars, and inventory management for marketing and communication assets.

Non-Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesOther duties as assigned.

Education, Work Experience, & Physical RequirementsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3-5 years' experience in a business or professional setting (inclusive of non-profit or government roles).

Technical Capabilities: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word), and familiarity with digital tools like Canva, MailChimp, and WordPress.

Proven experience in an executive support role or similar position.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Proficiency in using business software and tools, including MS Office and project management applications.
