We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director of Marketing and Business Development to join our team. This key role will help us communicate our mission and values while driving growth and engagement within our communities in Ohio.

Key Responsibilities: Outreach and Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen referral sources while actively promoting Aventura's core values. Community Engagement: Attend local marketing events to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the community. Event Coordination: Plan and execute publicity events in collaboration with the Corporate Marketing department. Strategic Marketing Planning: Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to anticipate marketing needs and outreach initiatives for residents. Facility Assessment: Conduct regular tours of communities to identify operational enhancements and pricing strategies, providing actionable feedback to leadership. Resident Experience: Ensure a warm and seamless welcome for residents and families on admission day. Training and Development: Establish backup procedures for tours and train designees on the inquiry process. Data Management: Maintain comprehensive records of referral and conversion activities. Customer Relations: Work alongside the Administrator to resolve customer issues and gather valuable feedback. Media Strategy: Assist in the development and placement of creative media advertisements. Quality Assurance Participation: Engage in the facility's Quality Assurance committee to uphold our standards of care.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience in marketing and business development, within healthcare or skilled nursing facilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
