Head of Enterprise Product Marketing

Notion, San Francisco, CA, United States

About Us:

We're on a mission to make it possible for every person, team, and company to be able to tailor their software to solve any problem and take on any challenge. Computers may be our most powerful tools, but most of us can't build or modify the software we use on them every day. At Notion, we want to change this with focus, design, and craft.

We've been working on this together since 2016, and have customers like Pixar, Mitsubishi, Figma, Plaid, Match Group, and thousands more on this journey with us. Today, we're growing fast and excited for new teammates to join us who are the best at what they do. We're passionate about building a company as diverse and creative as the millions of people Notion reaches worldwide.

Notion is an in-person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).

About The Role:

The Head of Enterprise Product Marketing role at Notion is an opportunity to shape the future of our go-to-market and product strategy for winning B2B audiences. You'll be defining strategy, working on critical projects, collaborating with cross-functional leaders, and leading a team that will enable Notion to capture the mid and large enterprise market. We have a unique opportunity to turn our 100M users – many of which bring Notion to their workplace – into highly-value collaborative teams, as well as evolve our bottoms-up, product-led GTM to introduce more sales-led motion.

  • Responsible for co-designing our product roadmap with product leaders for how Notion will capture the mid-and-large customers.
  • You will lead a team of product marketers through Notion's most complex and highest impact product launches.
  • Create programs and content that help our buyers – particularly IT and executives – navigate change management of buying and adopting Notion.
  • Lead the messaging and positioning for our enterprise segment – creating the enterprise narrative and pitch.
  • Key counterparts will be leaders in global sales, product management, and demand gen. Your role will be very visible both internally and externally.
  • Manage our analyst relations programs, including working directly with analysts on briefings, inquiries, and key projects.
  • Spearhead competitive intelligence strategy and projects that help us acquire customers and land competitive deals.
  • Develop an approach for monetization for enterprise and business plans.

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

  • 10+ years of working in software, with 5+ years experience in people management.
  • Able to lead by influence across multiple functions.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS, including bottoms-up and tops-down channels.
  • Exceptional storyteller and messaging expert.
  • Direct experience with segment/solution marketing.
  • Clear communicator and writer for both internal and external facing assets.
  • Leader of world-class product launches and integrated campaigns.

Nice to Haves:

  • Analyst relations experience.
  • Working in productivity software market.
  • Data-driven.
