Our team is expanding and we are hiring a UX Designer to join our team. This full-time hybrid role, based at our Stevens Point, WI headquarters, plays a key role in supporting the rapid growth of our business. You'll focus on enhancing our digital products through a user-centered approach to improve experiences for our customers.

The UX Designer will:

Create, analyze and recommend storyboards, user journeys and flow diagrams to meet organizational goals. Adopt persona mindsets and recommend re-evaluation as patterns evolve. Manage brand standards for the UI of internal and external applications. Build and maintain a pattern library. Use Content Management System(s) to create, organize, and manage content. Through the use of web analytics collect and analyze metrics related to user tasks that support positive business goals. Conduct competitive reviews. Draw comparisons to existing web applications that are successful and apply that knowledge to new offerings. Develop and Implement content requested to support websites and/or digital campaigns. Lead brainstorming sessions to generate ideas from designers and non-designers for concept creation Create strategies to increase conversions on the digital channels. Utilize analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Research and evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate Collaborate with web development staff and software designers to create graphical user interfaces, web forms and other requirements Provide input to IT regarding web accessibility standards to ensure accessibility compliance for customers, clients, business partners and users.
