Responsibilities
Meritage Homes is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to participate in the implementation of division marketing support, including
Serve as the primary marketing resource for the Marketing Manager and as the secondary marketing contact for the division
Support the Marketing Manager in planning marketing efforts to include incentive promotions and agent outreach
Coordinate the development and execution of all marketing collateral and campaign materials; ensure adherence to brand standards
Manage content on our division, community and listings websites
Perform ongoing website audits and ensure content is accurate and up-to-date
Assist with digital marketing initiatives (i.e., create and distribute eblasts and flyers, create and submit digital marketing requests, create social media content, etc.)
Assist in the new community opening process (planning, execution, follow-up)
Support divisional, regional and national marketing initiatives including special projects as requested
Assist the Marketing Manager in tracking expenses for project marketing, model furniture and monthly advertising budgets
Responsible for departmental administrative tasks including vendor set-up, invoice coding/processing/tracking and expense report preparation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field
1 + year of work experience in marketing field
Homebuilding Industry experience preferred
Requires the ability to deal effectively with internal customers and make decisions in a high-volume fast-paced work environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Adobe Photoshop
Detailed editing and proofing skills required as well as high motivation with proven judgment to plan and accomplish goals and meet deadlines
MUST be able to work in a changing, challenging, and fast-paced environment
Attendance may be required at some weekend and evening events
