Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate digital marketer who is ready to build out an innovative buyer-first digital strategy and support the enablement of our marketing community. This includes not only hands-on execution of digital programs but a willingness to dig into campaign results and feedback to discover opportunities for optimization based on marketing ROI, program learnings, and marketing best practices.

This role will also work with GTM-aligned marketing leaders and our field marketing teams to activate optimized digital programs and to share best practices for application across their marketing processes.

What You'll DoDevelop compelling email and paid digital marketing programs targeted to specific audiences that build engagement across the buyer's journey.Create demand generation promotional assets (such as ads and email templates)Assist in technical implementation in tactical tools and core MarTech pieces like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and/or Pardot (MCAE).Document and present demand generation best practices and playbooks to help marketers at various maturity levels.Support digital marketing tactics and provide recommendations as GTM-aligned marketing leaders build out their campaign strategies.Manage activated digital campaigns for optimal engagement and ROI, monitoring bids and audience criteria closely throughout the life of a campaign.Build and manage relationships with key vendors supporting marketing activation at SlalomOversee and manage weekly performance reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and future campaign ideas. Develop and update report templates to standardize best practices.Stay ahead of the latest trends in digital advertising, email marketing and B2B marketing. Experiment, test, and document new strategies, and share (blogs, videos, social posts).Who You Are

2+ years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn or similar paid advertising platforms2+ years in B2B demand generation and/or digital marketing.Experience in building programs across key demand generation and digital channels including organic and paid social, paid media, and email.Proficiency in marketing campaign execution platforms including, but not limited to, display advertising, paid social (LinkedIn, X, Meta) and paid search (Google Ads,Bing Ads, SEMRush).Hands-on experience with marketing technology tools such as CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Pardot/MCAE).Experience in assisting or leading marketing enablement efforts or training projects

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary pay range is $87,000 to $109,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
