About This Role:
Crusoe is hiring an experienced Creative Designer to help grow and refine our brand. In this role, you'll work with outside agencies and internal leaders to help shape our visual identity across various platforms.
Crusoe is on a mission to align the future of computing with the future of climate by building vertically integrated, carbon-reducing AI infrastructure. Basically, we build tools that help developers and companies bring new ideas to life with our AI Cloud that's powered by clean energy. With your help, Crusoe will become the world’s favorite AI Cloud.
A Day In The Life:
- Ensure all outgoing work adheres to our brand guidelines.
- Translate complex concepts into compelling visual narratives and assets for various touch points including our marketing website, presentations, emails, and other marketing or brand collateral.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand story and visual execution across all touchpoints.
- Manage a wide range of projects, from simple design requests to complex marketing initiatives.
- Partner with external agencies and leadership to elevate our brand's visual aesthetic that reflects our company's innovative and climate-focused spirit.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in design, technology, and communication, bringing innovative ideas to elevate our brand.
- Produce and own production-ready visual assets for multiple platforms.
- Own the creative process from design to execution for both internal and external-facing projects.
You Will Thrive In This Role If:
- 5+ years of experience in brand and marketing design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high craft design and impactful work across digital and print.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in translating complex ideas into visually appealing assets.
- Excellent typography, color theory, and layout skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience working with external agencies.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software.
- Experience facilitating creative workshops and presenting to senior leadership.
- Understanding of current design trends and best practices.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing and generative AI to create innovative creative assets is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation Range:
Compensation will be paid in the range of $150,000.00 - $210,000.00. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
