Site Manager Job at Fulton County Housing Authority in Canton

The Fulton County Housing Authority is seeking a full-time site manager. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the property, including but not limited to:

• Processing applications and determining eligibility;


• Leasing;


• Verifying information and accurately calculating income-based rent;


• Rent collections;


• Lease enforcement;


• Recertifications;


• Property and unit inspections;


• Handling complaints and lease violations;


• Lease terminations and initiating eviction proceedings.

This employee must provide polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, email, and in-person. Must be able to handle conflict and work with a diverse population while delivering quality customer service. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products required. Must be able to perform tenant accounting, multi-task, work independently, maintain comprehensive and accurate records, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
