We are seeking a passionate and driven Software Product Designer to join our team and contribute to growing out our team. We offer a challenging environment where you will have to grow, adapt, and use your skills consistently.

Who You Are:

As a Software Product Designer at Citian, you will directly collaborate with leaders and others to help shape our platform's future. Your role involves identifying user needs, creating innovative solutions, and designing intuitive, visually appealing interfaces. Your work will significantly enhance user engagement with our data & analytics, ensuring accessibility and actionability.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design process from ideation to execution for new features and improvements, ensuring they meet our high standards for design excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Management and Engineering, to define design requirements and develop solutions that align with Citian's strategic objectives.
  • Act as a project manager to coordinate and move projects forward, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms using Figma.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users, focusing on enhancing user experience and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the continued development of our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our design practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on digital products.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically working on SaaS products.
  • Proficiency in UX/UI design principles, with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
  • Experience with Software Testing.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills to lead projects forward.
  • A passion for solving complex problems and delivering user-centered solutions.
