We are seeking an experienced marketing manager to help customers get their best value from all Adobe Stock has to offer.
We are looking for an ambitious, creative, results-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute Go-To-Market Strategies to drive the next growth phase for Adobe Stock's e-commerce business. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, problem-solver, data-obsessed, and an excellent communicator who can seamlessly translate data into actionable insights. The person is self-motivated, a self-starter, and comfortable with working at a fast pace while influencing the prioritization of multiple projects with multiple teams.
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will report to the Adobe Stock Product Marketing team focused on acquisition of new users.
What you’ll do
- Execute the Go-To-Market strategy and priorities through cross-functional team partnership.
- Identify new customer acquisition growth opportunities and develop initiatives to enhance customer value by analyzing website funnel performance and obsessing over all customer experience journeys.
- Create business cases for initiatives, including impact sizing, identifying assumptions, risks, benefits, and a measurement plan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key partners to prioritize roadmaps, ensuring the successful achievement of business growth targets.
- Take ownership of business performance and targets, track the success of initiatives, and speak expertly on performance drivers.
- Report on performance progress and build leadership-level presentations to secure buy-ins.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, preferably in SaaS, e-commerce or high-tech, B2C products or services.
- Customer-first orientation and a desire to build positive experiences for our customers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong results orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think strategically as well as manage hands-on execution.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven experience in understanding marketplace dynamics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong storytelling skills – ability to transform complex data insights into a compelling story.
- MBA preferred.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,900 -- $209,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
