Role Overview
The dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager of Customer Marketing role is crucial in developing and executing high-level customer marketing strategies focused on customer retention, expansion, and loyalty. It is a growth opportunity for someone to come, make an impact, earn more responsibility, and build a team over time.

Responsibilities
- Initiatives for engagement, up-sell, cross-sell, and churn reduction of our current customer base
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty and reduce churn.
- Leverage customer data and segmentation to create personalized lifecycle journeys that enhance customer satisfaction and promote up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Implement advanced audience segmentation techniques to target specific customer cohorts, delivering highly relevant and personalized content across email, social, and digital channels.
- Continuously measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure alignment with business goals, working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Building and managing a thriving online and offline community
- Develop online and offline community engagement strategies that drive new customer acquisition and deepen relationships with existing customers.
- Organizing events, managing forums, and creating spaces for knowledge-sharing and collaboration can foster a sense of belonging within the community.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure community initiatives align with broader business objectives and contribute to customer growth.
- Leading and managing webinar programs
- Design and execute a comprehensive webinar strategy focused on engaging research scientists to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to curate content that resonates with the scientific community and highlights the company’s innovative biotech platform.
- Track and analyze webinar success metrics to continuously refine the program and maximize its impact on building long-term customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing, customer lifecycle management, or a related role, preferably in the biotech, healthcare, or SaaS industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Biology, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns focused on engagement, up-sell, cross-sell, and churn reduction.
- Strong experience with customer segmentation, data analysis, and using insights to drive personalized marketing efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage online and offline communities that foster customer engagement and growth.
- Experience designing and executing webinar programs or virtual events, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and other teams to align on business goals.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance based on data-driven insights.
- Familiarity with healthcare or biotech industries is preferred.

This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco. Remote candidates will not be considered.
