We work with both endemic and non-endemic global gaming brands across various industries, including Riot Games, Honda, Nike, and Skybound. Our specialties include social media management, strategy and planning, content production, and influencer marketing.
The Opportunity:

If so, you could be a perfect fit for the Business Development Director role at Liquid Media.
In this role, you’ll guide Liquid Media’s efforts to establish long-term partnerships with global brands. From identifying new opportunities to creating strategic relationships and developing innovative proposals, you’ll be key to driving our agency’s growth.
You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to deliver compelling pitches that engage both endemic and non-endemic brands. You’ll manage the sales pipeline, engage key prospects, and ensure seamless communication between our teams and clients. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution will be essential in advancing Liquid Media’s success.
Location: Los Angeles, CA or North America (Remote)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the agency’s market presence, revenue, and client base.
- Pursue and cultivate new business opportunities within creative marketing, production, and digital marketing sectors.
- Work alongside the creative and strategy teams to build pitches and proposals that align with target clients.
- Leverage your industry knowledge and network to maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Engage new prospects and reconnect with existing clients.
- Partner with the agency management team to craft strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in ClickUp CRM.
What You'll Need:
- 8+ years of business development experience in advertising and marketing, preferably within the gaming sector.
- A proactive approach to sales and prospecting with excellent communication, project management, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding results.
You'll Earn Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales pipeline tools.

The salary range for CA/CO/CT/NY/WA is: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 + bonus opportunities.
