Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Program Coordinator, Master of Marketing, COB Executive Education -Boca Raton, FL
The FAU College of Business is one of the largest AACSB-accredited colleges of business in the United States with more than 8,000 students. This position focuses on coordinating the academic student services and admission processes for the graduate programs offered through the Executive Education Department in the College of Business. The Program Coordinator position is an administrative position that should maintain extensive knowledge of university admission requirements, policies, and procedures. Duties include admission and recruiting, student retention, advising and student engagement. This position will work closely with the Director and Assistant Director to develop and implement admissions goals and strategies. The incumbent will also develop and nurture a strong working relationship with faculty, staff, and external parties to identify and leverage instructional talent and opportunities for collaboration.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Guide prospective students on different programs offered at FAU to assist them in achieving their educational aspirations with the best program for them.
Support the application process by closely monitoring the applications and inquiries within the CRM platform and providing communications and guidance to applicants and prospective applicants.
Coordinate recruiting and facilitate large group presentations for prospective students.
Work with the Graduate College to coordinate and manage the admission processes i.e. student applications, official transcripts, and residency paperwork, petitions, and decisions awards.
Advise/counsel students on their academic programs, including administering academic policy, updating records for currently enrolled students, and facilitating registration, orientation, and graduation certification.
Process course registrations for Executive Education graduate program students.
Resolve problems as they arise or recommend how problems can be resolved.
Work closely with professors to help facilitate communication with students in an atypical situation.
Work with the immunization department, registrar's office, Graduate College, OIT and International student office to finalize prospective students' paperwork.
Work closely with the Executive Education staff to facilitate students’ non-academic requests or needs.
Correspond frequently with students by phone and email using strong and professional communication skills (verbal and written), exercising the highest level of customer service to exemplify the expectation of the Executive Education “red carpet” service.
Strategize and implement student retention initiatives.
Enhance students’ experience (coaching, listening, and advising).
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director or Associate Director.

Minimum Qualifications:
