Position Summary:
What you'll do:
- Tracks sales performance, identifies areas for improvement, and implements necessary changes to achieve sales targets.
- Leverages specialized knowledge and experience to contribute to the organization's success.
- Uses performance reports to inform discussions and decision-making about sales strategies and communicates performance results to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Collaborates with other departments (for example, Marketing, Product Development) to ensure the alignment of the sales strategy with the overall company strategy.
- Collaborates closely with C-suite leaders across their client portfolios, playing a critical role in shaping and implementing the business and strategy.
- Identifies, develops, and implements effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in emerging markets by analyzing market trends and competitive landscape.
- Advocates for the needs and interests of clients, the sales team, and the organization by using influential skills to promote sales initiatives, ideas, and strategies.
- Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices.
- Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
- Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related area.
- 7 years' experience in advertising sales, advertising, retail, ecommerce, or related area.
- 4 years' experience leading teams.
- Demonstrated work history of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Selling or executing paid search and/or retail media solutions.
- Solving complex problems, with a mindset toward scalability.
