About this role
You're super smart, creative, empathetic, relationship builder, and not afraid to get things done. You thrive in organizing and prioritizing multiple partner events and field marketing programs. You love a challenge, don’t mind wrangling busy people, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You also don’t mind a heavy travel schedule and often find solace in getting work done in airports and on planes.
Your responsibilities
You'll be responsible for developing and executing a corporate events strategy that'll enable Writer to build strong partnerships and customer relationships that drive pipeline and revenue. You must be a creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the challenge of working with creative teams, and is determined to make a difference in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.
Specifically:
Create, manage, and measure impactful corporate event strategies and field marketing tactics that generate millions of sales pipeline
Manage and execute Writer’s AI Leaders Forum series and roadshow
Identify, negotiate, secure and manage vendor relationships
Manage a calendar of corporate events and conferences
Effectively collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, customer success, engineering, and marketing to ensure successful execution
Optimize ROI for event budget and resources.

Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills
Proven track record in developing and managing event strategies, from intimate executive dinners to large-scale industry conferences
Loves working on teams, especially with sales and partnerships leaders
Aren’t afraid of tools like Notion, Hubspot, Canva, and SFDC
Are data-driven and can break down problems into smaller parts
Passion for AI
Huge plus if you’ve organized roadshows, workshops, customer advisory boards or internal user conferences
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for events
