Our core product, the Gradient Automation Foundry, makes it easy for enterprises to automate information processing workloads that were historically impossible to automate with RPA or internal tools. We’ve built our own LLMs and technology from the ground up to power privacy sensitive enterprise workloads.
About The Role
As the product marketing lead, you will be responsible for developing and driving the marketing strategy for Gradient’s data platform. You will work closely with product and cross-functional teams to help create a new category for a 0 to 1 product, expanding our business into new verticals. While the definition of product marketing may vary across different organizations, this role will focus on both inbound and outbound product marketing. You’ll have direct influence in early stage product development and roadmaps, create go-to-market plans to support the launch and growth of the business, support in-market growth across new verticals, and provide direction for future investments. Responsibilities
- Lead market assessment, audience definition, and sizing through quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback and represent the customer POV internally with Product Management and cross-functional teams.
- Influence and shape product strategies, positioning and narratives through the use of data and insights for target audiences in close collaboration with cross functional teams.
- Develop and execute on go-to-market strategies including goals, metrics for success, asset development and integrated launch planning with cross functional partners.
- Bring a point of view to the team, informing and guiding strategic decisions and tradeoffs related to product value and positioning, features, schedules, cost, pricing, and lifecycle management.
- Lead the development of out-of-the-box go-to-market plans for new-to-world products, and drive integrated efforts across cross functional teams.
- Influence XFN teams to consistently build with our customer at the core, by building relationships, backing up claims with solid data and analyses and inspiring change through aligned goals and a shared vision.
- Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop campaign assets and product marketing communications, including press releases, blog posts, campaigns, presentation materials, etc.
Qualifications
- Thrive in a scrappy startup culture and want to venture into AI.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus but not necessary.
- 7+ years of professional experience, of which 5+ years experience is in product marketing and in a high-growth enterprise SaaS startup; must have experience across both inbound and outbound.
- B2B PMM experience, including developing successful campaigns to build Sales pipeline.
- Track record of strong leadership in the PMM function at industry leading companies, including building, strategic, high-performing teams to generate revenue growth and exceed targets.
- Past examples of shaping product roadmap using customer insights and data analytics, and iterating to find product market fit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Range And Compensation Package
In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $180,000 and $240,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program.
