We’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing to join Snap Inc!

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with our Product Management, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to define the GTM strategy, and drive the growth and adoption of Snap’s Ads Business products.
  • Establish the vision for how new and existing products are brought to market and lead cross-functional initiatives that capture growth opportunities externally.
  • Plan and implement go-to-market per region, and deliver adoption and growth of the products in partnership with cross-functional teams within Snap.
  • Lead market feedback collection, prioritization, and business case development for product and engineering resourcing across our ads products.
  • Facilitate product testing with customers and partners to validate the products as part of the product development process.
  • Build, mentor and grow a team to execute against a long-term go-to-market strategy and act as a functional lead to develop PMMs.
  • Influence key decisions on growth and implementation of scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Iterate quickly without compromising quality and raise the bar on operational excellence.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to collaborate strategically with all facets of an organization from C-Levels through to sales teams, product management leaders, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to inspire and be an effective mentor to direct reports and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to execute against defined objectives both tactically and strategically.
  • Ability to initiate and drive emerging projects from strategy to completion.
  • Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively across a matrix organization.
  • A seasoned strategic leader and product-minded thinker.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, and advertising technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in a senior management role at a consumer technology company.
  • Experience in quantitative analysis or data science.
  • Experience with product design or product management.

Compensation: In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $294,000-$441,000 annually.

Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $279,000-$419,000 annually.

Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $250,000-$375,000 annually. This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
