Our practice is seeking a highly qualified UI/UX Lead with experience in developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Responsibilities:

· Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using React JS IoT Services
· Spring Boot and Java.
· Supervise the implementation of Psft.
· Fluid User Interface to enhance user experience and interface design.
· Provide guidance in UI UX Designs to ensure intuitive and user-friendly application interfaces.
· Develop and maintain APIs to support seamless integration between different systems and services.
· Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
· Ensure that all developed solutions are scalable maintainable and meet the highest quality standards.
· Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and standard methodologies.
· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into the development process.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development and deployment phases.
· Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to help them grow their technical skills.
· Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the company.
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget meeting the company's objectives and client expectations.
· Communicate effectively with partners to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

• 9 to 12 years of experience.
• Possess a strong background in React JS IoT Services.
• Spring Boot and Java.
• Demonstrate expertise in Psft.
• Fluid User Interface and UI UX Designs.
• Have experience in developing and maintaining APIs.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Show proficiency in conducting code reviews and providing feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Have strong communication skills to interact with collaborators and team members.
• Be capable of mentoring junior developers and guiding them in their professional growth.
• Demonstrate the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Have a proactive approach to learning and incorporating new technologies.
• Show experience in collaborating with multi-functional teams.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage numerous projects simultaneously.
• Have a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality results.
• Good to have: Certified Java Developer or Certified React JS Developer or Certified IoT Professional.
