Reporting to the Design System Leadwith dotted line to Head of UX, you'll be responsible for:Designing and seeing through execution pixel-perfect, scalable, modern and innovative UX/UI components and patterns that solve for complex enterprise SaaS use cases according to the latest UX best-practices and industry-leading design standards in close collaboration with cross functional teams (Product Designers, Engineering, Content, Marketing, Product Managers and others)Acquiring deep understanding of our customer and business domains, by employing different techniques (e.g. stakeholder/customer interviews, surveys, usability tests) and applying your deep understanding of UX best practices and visual design to drive innovation while ensuring consistent and uniform experiences across all of our 20+ existing and future productsRapidly visualizing, prototype, explore multiple product directions, and validate hypotheses - understanding the business and technical impact of your decisionsContributing to building out best-practices and design-driven approach to problem solving across the design organization and outside the immediate team and help instill a design-driven culture at Zscaler.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

Must have 8-10 years of experience as a Product or UX Designer for an enterprise SaaS productMust have 2-3 years of experience working on Design Systems and demonstrated delivery of world-class UX/UI components and patternsMinimum Bachelor's degree in HCI, or related field.Must be proficient in end-to-end product design: UX research, clear stakeholder communication, visualizing through diagrams/user flows, collecting and disseminating customer/PM/executive feedback, creating lo-fidelity wireframes, delivering pixel-perfect high fidelity Figma designs, leading design hand-off and design-dev pairing sessions, performing design QA on delivered products/experiences, presenting and debating with different audiences (engineers, executives, product managers, customers).

Designing UX for products in Enterprise Cyber-security domainFounding member of an enterprise-grade Design SystemExperience building UI components and patterns in a modern JS framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.Base Pay Range $154,000—$220,000 USD
