What you'll do:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading all marketing efforts associated with rand*'s Atlanta office. This includes developing and managing proposals, interview materials and other marketing content. This role is responsible for elevating the rand* brand in Atlanta and supports business development strategy, including social media strategy, industry organization participation and event management.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership, operations and preconstruction teams, and is supported by a national marketing team.

Responsibilities include:Developing and implementing our brand strategy in the Atlanta market with support of the national Marketing Director and Atlanta Office Lead.Tracking and researching upcoming project leads.Maintaining our CRM with updated information.Creating pre-qualification packages and developing/managing proposals.Managing the project interview preparation process, including developing presentation slides and/or leave behinds.Elevating the rand* Atlanta brand through social media and industry organization participation.Planning and managing internal and external events.Preferred Candidates will also possess the following skills and experience:
Good understanding of the AEC industryProficient developing marketing materials using Adobe SuiteGood writing skillsGood organizational skillsGood interpersonal skills and ability to lead from within pursuit teamsBA/BS Degree in Marketing, Graphics, Communication, Business, Architecture, Construction Management or Engineering preferred5+ years of marketing, business development or project management experience
