Description
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will create a positive customer experience, build lasting relationships, and drive business growth through effective marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic marketing activities that promote brand awareness and increase customer acquisition and retention. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will support the company's sales efforts by maintaining the necessary brand identity across all channels, contributing to the company's overall growth and success.
This exciting, salaried position is full time and will be located in our Marietta, GA office with a hybrid work schedule and up to 35% travel annually. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs, align marketing initiatives, and help create content and campaigns that drive lead generation and support the sales funnel.Lead Generation: Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at driving traffic and generating qualified leads. Focus on top-of-funnel activities such as email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.Content Creation: Assist in the development of content such as blog posts, case studies, white papers, e-books, infographics, and videos to engage prospects at the top of the funnel.CRM Management: Maintain and optimize the CRM database, ensuring that marketing and sales efforts are well-coordinated. Track and analyze lead data and ensure accurate reporting.Campaign Analysis: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights and reports to optimize future efforts. Adjust strategies based on analytics to ensure continuous improvement.Event Coordination: Coordinate the planning and execution of trade shows and events, ensuring a compelling presence that aligns with brand identity and generates meaningful engagement within budget requirements.Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies that promote brand awareness and engage the target audience across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.Email Marketing: Design and manage email campaigns targeting prospects and existing customers to nurture relationships and drive engagement.Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.Additional duties as required.Qualifications
Requirements:Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving business objectives.Experience with event planning and trade show setup/execution.Valid driver's license with acceptable clean motor vehicle record (MVR).Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Excel and Outlook).Proficient with project management and sales/CRM software (Smartsheet, Salesforce, Microsoft Project, etc.).Able to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with employees from other divisions of the organization.Supervisory Responsibilities:
None or Marketing Associates and Interns.Training Requirements:
Willing to attend required training courses or sessions related to the job as assigned.Physical Demands:
Lifting, sitting, standing, crouching, repetitive office tasks. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds with assistance.Pass a pre-employment drug test and subject to random drug screening.Work Environment:
Regular exposure to dust and noise in the production environment.Personal Protective Equipment:
Safety shoes and eye protection are highly recommended in the production areas.Travel requirements:
This position will require regular travel, ranging from 25-35% annually.
