About the role We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms. Responsibilities Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Develop and maintain a social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing initiatives. Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and audience feedback, and respond appropriately. Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that align with overall business goals. Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to assess performance and inform strategy adjustments. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to enhance our social media presence. Assist in managing paid social media advertising campaigns and tracking their effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
