Job Description:
Pay Range $20.50hr - $25.50hr
Responsibilities:
Below may change as needs arise. Metadata Maintenance. Entering updated base information for items and/or title series in ALFRED based on email requests, late ship updates, etc. (e.g. on-sale dates, paper stocks, FOC dates, etc.). Updating corresponding changed metadata in PRH's system (MyHouse). dding variant covers and reprints in ALFRED. Entering values in fields missing information in ALFRED based on provided documentation (e.g. audience, category, priority, etc.). Updating final bind and FOC information with distributors and printers. LFRED metadata cleanup for historical records. Updating Documents:
Compare Phonebook documents with metadata changes made in ALFRED. ssist in inventory transfers and remaindering. InSite cover approvals. Updating weekly Bookscan reporting to Data Warehouse. Communication:
Communicate changes made in systems. Interact with other business departments via email and Microsoft Teams. ttends necessary meetings. Contact appropriate departments for any missing information or questions. Interact with third party vendors (distributors, printers, etc.) via email. Work Experience:
3-4 years in data management, analytics, and operations. Database maintenance. Education:
BA/BS in Business Operations, Business Administration, or Data Management, or equivalent work experience is required. Knowledge/Skills:
Proficient knowledge in Dynamics NAV or similar ERP system(s). Proficient knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook required. ttention to detail and strong organizational skills. bility to handle large amount of detailed work and projects both large and small required. Effective and proven organizational and follow up skills required. Must have the ability to work well under time constraints. Must have the ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple project elements simultaneously. Must be able to work overtime as needed. Requirements:
Strong passion for the characters and stories of DC Comics preferred. Knowledge of publishing industry preferred.
