Job Summary:
Under general supervision, create customer- and sales-facing digital media assets, including videos, sell sheets, imagery, etc. Publish digital content to website, social media sites, and internal databases.
Duties and Responsibilities: Digital media creation for use in selling products to the end-user/customer. Publish media to websites, social media outlets and internal databases (SHOP, Chatter, SharePoint). Print and distribute as needed. Solicit, edit, and refine supplier- or field- created videos and collateral. Publish to website, social media outlets and internal databases (SHOP, Chatter, SharePoint). Own all social media platforms - create content, publish content, monitor feedback and engage with audience/followers. Organize, facilitate, and produce in-house training materials developed by the Content Developer for use in Category Certification programs. In coordination with Marketing Coordinator, responsible for maintaining database of website and social media images/assets and ensuring current/accurate assets used. Design, produce and distribute (print and/or digital) annual Holiday Catalog. Assist in the production of Live Events/Webinars. Source and implement technology and services. Education Required:

Digital and social media marketing experience Skills & Abilities:
Advanced video creation and editing capabilities. Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Previous graphic design work highly desirable. Strong facilitation, presentation and/or meeting execution skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong collaboration skills to work across multiple departments . Physical Demands:
