Technical Writer
Serve as the Tech Writer (TW) supporting the program and assist in generating Strategic Communications materials across USCYBERCOM and external partners for consistent and effective messaging.
Will assist in the preparation of all documentation, to include IIRs, TASKORDs, MOAs, Transition Plans, Quad Charts, POAM, etc., helping to ensure consistent messaging and format.
Have reach back support to produce visual aids, graphic designs to produce effective communications to senior leadership and decision makers.
Assist LOEs leads to tie efforts to stated objectives from CCMD OPLANs, CONPLANs, and CDR's Intent.
Support the development of materials based on LOEs for inclusion within Wargames, Exercises, TTXs and other events for the purpose of socializing the concepts and effects at all levels of leadership.
Qualifications:
TS//SCI with current CI polygraph and background investigation. Full scope/Lifestyle polygraph a plus but not required
7+ years' experience in technical writing or reporting (SIGINT or IIR)
Strong, demonstrable writing skills required with experience in preparing assessments and info papers for Senior Leaders
Experience preparing and presenting results of analysis and assessments.
High level of competency with Microsoft Office tools - especially Power Point and Word.
Working knowledge of Confluence a plus
Familiarity with current DoD Directives and Instructions for document preparation and standards
Working familiarity with current CYBERCOM document preparation guidelines and formats is a plus
Current or previous experience working within IJSTO or Special Access Programs (SAP) preferred but not required
