We become our clients' number one advocate to help them reestablish financial stability as quickly as possible.Overview:Broadway Support Services (BSS) is seeking a strategic, analytical, and creative Social Media Specialist to play a pivotal role in maintaining and accelerating growth across our social platforms, focusing on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate not only has a genuine passion for social media trends, culture, and content but also can swiftly pivot into on-brand implementation and execution. This multifaceted role encompasses strategic tasks such as crafting compelling social-native content, interacting closely with our social media community, and analyzing insights from these efforts. The Social Media Specialist will partner and report into a leader at National Debt Relief and support Broadway Support Services, an international team, to transform ideas into captivating concepts that resonate with our audience and make a standout impact on social media.Responsibilities:Expand Broadway Support Services' social media presence, developing scroll-stopping brand stories while growing follower counts and engagementWork cross-functionally with key stakeholders to develop and execute content calendarsOwn video content creation and editing, caption writing, post scheduling, and community management across Broadway Support Services' social media channelsPartner with Talent Acquisition team to optimize content collaboration and ensure a cohesive brand message on all social channelsAssist in execution of social specific photoshoots including art direction, still and video shooting, asset selection and video editingExecute quarterly reports, analyzing performance data and providing insights and recommendations for future content, strategies and areas of improvementMaintain a pulse on trends, pop culture, current events, competitors, and social media best practices, identifying opportunities for Broadway Support Services' participationQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field is a plus.2+ years of professional experience preferably in digital marketing, managing digital campaigns, social media management, PR, and web pages - ideally within the staffing and BPO space.A natural interest in storytelling through a social-native marketing lens, especially through video-focused strategiesComfortable and enthusiastic about being featured as one of the primary faces of our social channels, leading participation in the creation and editing of engaging contentExcellent Spanish and English, verbal and written, communication skillsA passion for social media trends, culture, and content. Youre up to date on the latest trends, algorithm updates and best practices, and are the first to test out new platforms and features when they launchDeep understanding of high-quality content and how it can translate to video/photo, Reels, TikTok, YouTube and beyondDemonstrated experience working with video editing platformsExperience in social media metricsAbility to achieve role-specific goals and KPIsExperience briefing and working with creators and influencers
