You have a passion for learning new and innovative programmatic technology trends and love to further your knowledgeYou have strong analytical skills with outside of the box thinking, and are open to developing creative ways to modify campaigns to achieve desired resultsYou are consistently curious and inquisitive - and have the desire to learn how platforms work, and more importantly, learn how to game themYou have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables & project timelines efficientlyThe Key Elements:

Bachelor's Degree2-3+ years of experience in programmatic buying, campaign management, optimization and reporting (TTD, DV360, and Amazon DSPs)2-3+ years experience analyzing data to distill meaningful insightsComfortable managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring that all are performing & pacing optimallyDesire and ability to learn new technical, in-platform skillsOutstanding written and verbal communicationStrong critical thinking and analytical skillsAppetite for media and ad-tech innovationProactive problem-solving skillsKey Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Planning Teams to develop innovative campaign strategiesEnsure successful campaign setup and execution right from the startCreate, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns in DSPs with expertiseTackle campaign challenges proactively by troubleshooting and offering effective solutionsUtilize critical thinking and analytical skills to derive valuable insights from performance data in order to surpass client goalsProvide dedicated support to address campaign delivery and performance issues, ensuring troubleshooting and quality assuranceOffer advanced insights that contribute to improving campaign performanceContinually monitor campaign performance to optimize results and maintain regular communication with partners and clientsAchieve and exceed defined KPIs for each campaign through constant monitoring, regular optimizations, or suggestions for campaign changesEffectively manage campaign budgets, including invoice approval, media and fee monitoring and forecasting, and documenting budget changesEstablish and maintain strong relationships with tech partners to stay updated on innovative products, features, pricing, and industry advancementsPresent compelling campaign analysis to clients, showcasing the effectiveness of planning, testing, media optimization, and managementA Few Other Things
