PROFESSIONAL ATHLETICS INTERN - GAMEDAY MARKETING & PROMOTIONS
SAN DIEGO MOJO PROFESSIONAL WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL

Director of Marketing
Role and Responsibilities:
Gameday Marketing Interns are responsible for supporting the organization, fan experience, and gameday marketing of the San Diego Mojo Professional Women's Volleyball Team Home Games at Viejas Arena under the supervision of the Marketing Department. They will receive a Mojo polo and are expected to wear this with khakis or dress pants / skirt with formal sneakers or shoes. They must be available for at least 12 out of 12 Mojo Home Games, which are in between the dates of January 10th and May 10th, 2025.
Marketing Interns may carry out the following duties:•Distribute promotional items•Film and publish Organic Social Media videos and pictures•Assist with facilitation of group and fan experiences•Ensure optimal fan experience and smooth operation by supporting wherever needed•Run on-court and in-crowd promotions, such as t-shirt tosses or fan interviews•Provide general support to the Mojo staff as well as coaches, players, and Visiting Team•Provide general support to the Viejas Arena staff•Check in Season Ticket Holders, VIP Guests, Visiting Teams, Match Officials, Press & Media, League Staff, and Vendors
Requirements:•Customer-service oriented.•Self-motivated, naturally resilient, and a positive attitude.•Organized ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, integrity, and compliance.•Ability to work independently and complete duties and projects with minimal direct supervision.

About San Diego Mojo Professional Women's Volleyball:
Founded in 2023, San Diego Mojo Professional Women's Volleyball is one of seven teams (San Diego; Las Vegas; Orlando; Atlanta; Columbus, OH; Omaha; and Grand Rapids) to compete in the Pro Volleyball Federation's inaugural season in 2024. Indianapolis joins the league to make eight (8) teams in 2025.
