Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Salary Range $149,600.00 - $246,800.00

What Is the Opportunity?
This position will be responsible for ensuring Enterprise Integrated Marketing (EIM) as the right talent, process and systems in place to meet the marketing needs of our internal stakeholders and partners. This position is the primary point of accountability within EIM for the management and implementation of complex integrated marketing campaigns and designated projects that support achievement of our business unit, enterprise functions and/or strategic corporate goals. These initiatives are generally complex and substantial in nature, utilizing a large number of internal marketing resources within the various Enterprise teams. This position will also oversee both a PM team and a traffic/resourcing team within EIM. This role will also have oversight of typical PMO activities such as the deployment and socialization of Project Management standards, methods, tools, metrics, etc., as well as be responsible the administration of our Workfront tool for work management.
What Will You Do? Develop and implement project management best practices, methodologies, and standards across Enterprise Integrated Marketing (EIM) to ensure consistent, efficient, and effective project delivery. Lead and mentor a team of marketing operations project managers and traffic managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance. Collaborate with marketing leadership to align project management processes with overall marketing strategy and objectives. Collaborate with Planning, Marketing Strategy, Content, Creative, and Digital leads to ensure alignment on and visibility of marketing programs and scope. Responsible for high-level prioritization of work assignments, resourcing and EIM capacity planning. Establish and maintain a marketing project portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic importance, resource availability, and ROI. Oversee the execution and delivery of complex, high-impact marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Foster a culture of continuous improvement in the marketing PMO, regularly assessing processes and implementing enhancements to optimize delivery. Provide regular project status updates and performance reports to leadership and key stakeholders, communicating progress, challenges, and successes. Drive the adoption and effective use of work management tools, Workfront, and technologies to streamline processes, improve visibility, and enhance team productivity. Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in work management, incorporating relevant insights to reach best in class and remain there. Provide strategic direction and oversight to project managers, traffic managers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project performance and ensure adherence to project management standards. Oversee and administer the use and adoption of our work management tool, Workfront, and ensure all users are trained in the tool. Ensures work management tool, Workfront, is configured correctly for optimal utilization and maximum efficiency, effective streamlining of workflows and work processes and reporting functionality. Works with a high degree of autonomy and applies expert Project and Program Management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques for marketing operations to Project deliverables, processes, and systems in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations. Defines and operates within parameters using a proven Project Management Methodology with flexibility to merge different methodologies in accomplishing collective goals. Defines demand and delivery parameters using proven industry best practices. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on project/program management-related matters. Perform other duties as assigned. What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have? Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 10 years of project management experience within an external advertising agency, or in-house internal marketing agency preferred. 5 years of experience managing others preferred. Typically has extensive experience in utilizing internal resources and vendor resources to complete Project Management work within marketing operations. Vendor relationship management could be fairly complex due to number of vendors, nature of contracting, and/or other engagement parameters. Manages team development, very active in the mentoring of members of the PM community, typically has direct management responsibility of PMs. Provides significant contribution to internal enterprise standard setting. Promotes adoption of industry standards and best practices in marketing operations. Introduces and coaches on new Project Management techniques in marketing operations. Charged with mid-Project recovery of at risk Projects. Recommends rescoping, postponement, or cancellation as needed. Conducts root cause analysis and implements recovery actions. Provides substantive feedback to organizational learnings regarding improving Project Management execution. Strong expertise working within marketing operations. Proficient with project management software, specifically Workfront. What is a Must Have?
High School diploma or equivalent required. 5 years of project management experience required. 3 years experience managing others required. What Is in It for You?
