Utah Valley Pediatrics is seeking a creative and motivated
Marketing Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our digital presence, engaging with the community through marketing events, and organizing "Talk with the Doc" sessions at our various office locations. This role is perfect for someone passionate about pediatric healthcare and experienced in social media management, event planning, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:Manage Social Media Platforms:
Develop, curate, and post engaging content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and other platforms as needed. Monitor interactions and grow our online community.Marketing Event Coordination:
Attend and represent Utah Valley Pediatrics at community events and promotional activities. Coordinate logistics and materials to ensure successful participation."Talk with the Doc" Events:
Plan and host educational and interactive sessions with healthcare providers at various office locations to strengthen community engagement.Brand Management:
Ensure consistent branding across all digital and offline communications. Maintain a professional, family-friendly image in alignment with Utah Valley Pediatrics' mission.Marketing Support:
Assist in the development of marketing campaigns, materials, and other initiatives as required. Collaborate with leadership and office staff to support their specific marketing needs.Analytics and Reporting:
Track key performance metrics for social media platforms and events, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or event planning, preferably in healthcare or a community-focused role.Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel locally for events and office visits as needed.Passionate about working with families and children, with a commitment to promoting community health.
