Epson, a $10B global leader in high-quality consumer electronics, imaging, and point of sale printing devices, is seeking an exceptional Advertising Manager to Lead our advertising efforts and drive growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies across multiple platforms to promote our cutting-edge consumer electronics products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage a team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and ensure campaigns are optimized for brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance. The candidate should have a proven track record in digital and traditional media, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to translate insights into effective advertising initiatives.
This position will be based out of our Los Alamitos, CA office with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule. At Epson, our hybrid schedule is only 6 days per month.
Key Skills and Experience
Proven Experience- Advertising management, preferably in the Consumer Electronics industry Expertise in Digital Marketing- Media Mix Modeling (Digital, Social, SEO, TV, Retail POS) Strong Leadership, Team Management- Experience overseeing cross-functional teams Data Driven Mindset- proficiency in analyzing campaign performance, metrics, ROI. Creative Problem Solving- Develop compelling advertising content, strategies Experience managing Large Budgets- Multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong Understanding Consumer Behavior- Market Trends in Technology Excellent Communication, Collaboration-Skills with Internal management, Agencies, Presentations Ability to Manage Multiple Projects- Simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Ad Tech Tools- Platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe, etc) 5-8 years of experience managing Marcom/Advertising Teams MBA Preferred
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $142,476.and $195,904. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
