JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing professional with a winning attitude who can find motivation in temporary setbacks; who doesn't believe in settling and finds ways to overachieve and continuously improve. In this role you will plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies that will result in continued growth for the company, expanding our company reach and customer base. This key role is results-oriented, and employees must perform as both a strategic thinker and tactical planner.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve monthly and annual revenue goals, support strategic planning initiatives, and manage direct and indirect sales channels and marketing communications.Develop and implement marketing targets by month, quarter, and year.Continually build pipeline of new business, upsell and cross selling opportunities.Make both scheduled sales calls and cold calls on potential and /or existing referral sources.Develop and maintain sales relationships with potential and /or existing referral sources.Provide customer service guidance to all company personnel interacting with customers or potential customers.Prepare presentations, including pricing information, within the guidelines approved by senior leadership.Represent the company at community functions such as open houses and support group meetings attended by potential referral sources and / or patients.In conjunction with senior level leadership, provide for the enhancement of activities relating to marketing and business development to profitably increase marketing volume.Actively pursue marketing opportunities that contribute to the growth and profitability of the company.Maintain / manage on behalf of the company, contact and other pertinent information on doctors, home health care representatives and other potential referral sources.Continuously update knowledge of trends and market conditions in the home health care and equipment industry, as well as the medical supply industry.Recommend and develop new market segments and products to company leadership for development.Submit weekly reports as required that detail current marketing activities / sales calls, as well as plans for future marketing initiatives.Assume full responsibility for actions, professional skills, and attitudes.Support the organization by being loyal and informing the branch manager / leadership of areas of concern and problems to be resolved.Perform all job functions with Company Mission, Vision, and Goal Statements in mind.Flexible attitude and willingness to take on extra tasks as necessary.Miscellaneous duties as assigned. High degree of integrity.High school diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor's degree (or higher) with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.2 plus years direct sales and/or marketing experience in respiratory care, medical or home health care, required.Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance requirements preferred.Experience in marketing medical products is highly desirable.Ability to develop and maintain sales relationships with a variety of medical personnel as potential referral sources.Ability to recognize the needs and concerns of people to result in constructive working relationships.People-sensitive characteristics with a genuine desire to help others.Ability to work safely and accurately with minimal supervision.Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Excellent organizational, customer service, and time management skills.Ability to cater to diverse customer base, including ability to communicate effectively to referral sources, service agencies, and colleagues.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and flexibility.Must be eligible to work in the United States.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical demands associated with this position include extensive walking, driving (20% of the time), standing (75% of the time), lifting, carrying, and maneuvering equipment (30 lbs.), and walking up and down stairs.
SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position that will require a 40-hour work week.Hours: Generally, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.Must be willing to work after normal business hours and on weekends.
Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory response from a Background Screening.
