Associate Marketing Manager, Acquisition
at KLIM, you own funnels and conversion strategies beginning at organic and paid traffic searches with other digital or direct marketing channels. You play a crucial role in developing, deploying, and optimizing subscriber acquisition campaigns across various digital marketing funnels. You're inquisitive and analytical by nature. You leverage a deep understanding of tools like Google Analytics, keyword research tools, Google Ads, Google Search Console, heat mapping tools, and tools to optimize ad campaign performance. You drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through innovative email and SMS marketing strategies. As an acquisition expert you're a strategic thinker and a liaison between the different elements that come into our marketing and sales efforts. Key Responsibilities
Oversee email, SMS, & direct mail marketing performance to drive customer acquisition, retention, and reduce churn.
Maximize daily traffic on KLIM.com with consistent focus on driving incremental unique visits.
Develop and execute an acquisition schedule based on seasonal objectives for all programs.
Align digital efforts with all marketing functions and promotional calendars.
Establish consistent reporting of KPIs backed by organized data sources like Google Analytics.
Collect and organize comparative traffic source data and provide actionable insights.
Optimize campaigns via A/B and multivariate testing of creative, landing pages, and email audience targeting.
Collaborate with creative team to optimize channel content driving engagement and clicks.
Craft and execute strategic plans to reach and acquire nascent and adjacent retail audiences.
Study, present, and test the latest technics, technology, and methods in acquisition.
Level up the brand's SEO & SEM tactics driving new sessions, ranking, and discoverability.
Lead retargeting/remarketing display ad strategy to maximize platform conversion.
Use AI-powered solutions to reach new or existing audiences.
Collaborate with social media marketing team to create one cohesive acquisition strategy.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree required
3+ years of experience using Google Analytics.
3+ years of experience managing digital customer acquisition.
3+ years of experience in email marketing/SMS channel management and CRM.
Familiarity with Google Ads & Search Console, Klaviyo, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proven ability to analyze data, optimize email and SMS channel performance, and implement testing and innovation strategies.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
Passion for creating meaningful user experiences online and a strong analytical skill set.
