ABOUT THE ROLE

UA Brands is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with a passion for grassroots and event marketing to join our team. This role is pivotal in building brand awareness for our UA/Uniform Advantage Brands through carefully crafted events, tradeshows, and experiential marketing.

You will play a critical role in planning, organizing, and executing events that elevate our brand, nurture our partnerships, and engage prospective and existing customers of UA/Uniform Advantage Brands.

From executing exciting grassroots marketing strategies to coordinating impactful product launches, your contributions will shape the future of UA/Uniform Advantage Brands and make a lasting impression in the marketplace. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop a comprehensive event strategy, including grassroots sampling events, pop-ups, and industry tradeshows to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends shaping innovative marketing strategies that resonate with healthcare and culinary professionals.Manage event logistics, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with product launch and campaign schedules for optimal exposure and impact.Plan and execute targeted campaigns around each event to maximize reach, using social media, email, and local partnerships.Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment in messaging, visual branding, and product presentation at all events.Analyze event outcomes, including attendee engagement, sales impact, and ROI to refine future events and optimize brand visibility.Be a proactive contributor to our marketing team, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives that elevate our brand presence in the marketplace.Extensive travel and time spent in our stores, customer locations, and B2B tradeshow events (up to 50%) and will work flexible hours based on project needs.WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing strong project management skills.Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and grassroots marketing techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with diverse teams and community members.Passion for customer engagement and product knowledge, with an understanding of regional market dynamics.Innovative and adaptable mindset, always looking for creative solutions to grow our presence.Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookSolid understanding of marketing principles and brand strategy, with the ability to align event goals with brand objectives.Proven track record of managing multiple projects with precision and strong attention to detailProficient in project management tools (e.g., WorkFront, Excel, or JIRA a plus) with exceptional organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.Creative problem solver with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.Collaborative team player with a flexible mindset and willingness to tackle tasks of any size.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.5-7 years' experience in event marketing, ideally with experience in sample events, pop-ups, or tradeshows, preferably within apparel or retail industriesWHERE YOU'LL WORK

HYBRID - The Best of Both Worlds

Have the flexibility to work on-site/in the business and remotely during the week. You'll spend time executing marketing events, attending trade shows, and supporting B2B sales efforts which require travel across the US. While not traveling, you will spend time in our Corporate office for collaboration/in-person engagement and have the flexibility to occasionally work from home. While on-site, join other team members in the spacious Quad for lunch, and enjoy our ongoing wellness activities. Employees are expected to be online and available during the core business hours for their team. Company computer provided for business use.
