Assistant Community Manager

Job Overview:
As an Assistant Community Manager you will provide support to the Community Manager which includes assisting homeowners and other administrative duties to ensure we deliver exceptional services and solutions that enhance the value of the property and the lifestyle of the residents.
Compensation:
$21+ per hour based on experience
FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Your Responsibilities:Perform general administrative tasks (service requests, architectural requests, tracking deposits, process payments)Assist and follow up with homeowners, board members, and vendorsAnswer and direct phone calls in a polite, friendly and professional mannerBe knowledgeable of governing documents, rules and regulationsEscalate issues as neededAssist with meeting preparationAssist in organizing community events and related materialsConduct routine compliance inspections and track violationsCoordinate key fob set up and amenity accessAdditional duties may be included as assignedSkills and Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal skills resulting in strong working relationshipsStrong organizational skillsOutstanding communication skillsTremendous listener with the ability to diffuse tense situationsAbility to work collaboratively and cooperativelySuperb judgment and decision-making skillsAbility to prioritize and adjust to incoming demandsProficient with MS Office suiteEducation and Experience:
2+ Years of customer service experience requiredHigh School diploma or equivalent preferredHOA and/ or property management experience highly preferredPhysical Requirements:
Walk and move throughout the community common areas and facilitiesSit and stand for moderate periods of timeSit at a desk using a computer in an office settingWork Location : Tatum Ranch Community Association; 29811 N Tatum Blvd, Cave Creek, AZ 85331
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p with some evenings and weekends as needed.
