Location of Role : Selected individual must be based in the metro Phoenix, AZ area and willing to work occassionally from our corporate office (located at Hayden & Bell Road).

As a Graphic Designer at P.F. Chang's, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing and brand efforts, helping shape the visual identity of our brand, while making sure our design collateral effectively communicates our messaging to our target audience. You will work closely with the broader marketing team to conceptualize and create high-quality designs for both digital and print platforms.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and Design:

Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a wide range of projects, including marketing materials, digital assets, social media graphics, presentations, and more.Photography:

Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment before and after photoshoots, handle basic photography tasks, such as lighting and setting up backdrops, and support with post-production activities such as photo editing.Brand Alignment:

Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and reinforcing the brand identity across various touchpoints.Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet strategic objectives.Project Management : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality standards are maintained.Stay Updated:

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.Experience with large format/event designExperience that's a plus :

Background in designing for and/or adapting designs for the digital environment, including UI/UX experience is a plusExperience with video editing and video editing software (Premiere Pro and After Effects) a plus

Compensation : $60,000 - $65,000 /year + 10% annual bonus eligibility
