Presentation Designer

to help build the next wave of capabilities of our personal AI companion, Copilot. We're looking for someone who has experience and passion for driving the end-to-end process of crafting meaningful, moving and clear storytelling materials and presentations. We’re looking for someone with an abundance of positive energy, empathy, and kindness, in addition to being highly effective. The right candidate takes the initiative and enjoys building world-class presentations, art direction and visuals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Drive building world-class AI applications that will delight consumers across Copilot, Edge, Bing, Windows and Mobile.

Own visual storytelling through presentation decks, focusing on context and high craft through art direction.

Work cross-functionally with teams.

Work directly with leadership.

Enjoy working in a fast-paced, design-driven, product development cycle.

Translate business goals into strategy, user experience and technical requirements in close collaboration with UX designers and AI model training teams.

Define goals and performance indicators, set up and oversee experiments, measure success with data and research.

Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to build compelling decks.

Qualifications

Required Responsibilities:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design

OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems)

Preferred Responsibilities:

4+ years' experience creating visually strong presentation decks.

Ability to lean distill complex material into decks that are visually striking and tell a compelling story.

Proven track record of working cross-functionally with designers, writers, stakeholders and more to generate images, gather context and more to support the story.

Experience with building decks on both PowerPoint and Figma slides.

Product Design IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
