Technical Writer

Job Title: Technical WriterJob DescriptionIn this position, the Technical Writer will partner with the Quality and Engineering team members to help develop and draft work orders and job specifications internally. This role ensures complete and accurate sharing of information with all other departments to help create our products with 100% quality assurance and compliance to our internal and industry-required specifications.Responsibilities+ Develop and draft work orders and job specifications in collaboration with Quality and Engineering teams.+ Ensure accurate and complete sharing of information across all departments.+ Create documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences.+ Work with engineers to improve user experience, refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.+ Handle multiple projects simultaneously.Essential Skills+ Two or more years of experience as an effective technical writer.+ Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.+ Superb written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.+ Experience in working with engineers to improve user experience, refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.+ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Additional Skills & Qualifications+ Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences.+ Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in journalism, communications, or relevant technical field.Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes close collaboration with Quality and Engineering teams. The role may require working with various technologies and equipment to create accurate and detailed documentation.
