KION is seeking an experienced evening anchor to anchor our newscasts for our CBS and FOX station in the beautiful Salinas/Monterey market. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent on-air and social media skills, leadership qualities in a newsroom environment, and be detail-oriented. Candidates must be team players and work well in a fast paced newsroom. 3-5 years of experience anchoring and producing a newscast is preferred. Understanding producing is a must!
The candidate must pass a drug test and a background check as well as be able to provide proof of right to work in the U.S.
