Position Summary
To support our growing podcast business, we're searching for a Coordinator, Podcast Development & Operations to help our network expand to new audiences. In this role, you’ll assist with developing and marketing new and existing podcasts from multiple talent pools. If you’re ready to hustle and grow our network's overall audience size, you’ll be the perfect candidate.
Responsibilities:
Support launch & setup of new and existing shows
Tracking of deliverables for promos
Target and run promos across Studio71 network.
Assist talent with promo copy to ensure their promos are effective.
Set up and track cross-promotional trades with other podcast networks
Run reports and draw conclusions from promo analytics using A/B testing to determine what is effective.
Keep track of all award shows and draft plans for submissions to PR.
Capture meaningful moments of show success and coordinate with PR to promote achievements.
Keep tabs of trends on a weekly basis to highlight to talent
Submit notable podcasts for features on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and others.
Assist with creating and updating tailored talent-facing guides to answer commonly asked questions and teach talent how to grow their audience and develop a successful show format.
Field inbound guesting requests and select the most beneficial matches to pitch to talent.
Assist Podcast Relations and Development teams with check in calls with creators to provide marketing and growth advice
Assist with Ad Operations/Production for ad hoc requests regarding social or custom segment campaigns that require creative outlines/thought starters/rough scripts.
Perform full end-to-end assessments of shows including, but not limited to: creative direction/episode format/ad-reads/promos/audience-engagement/YT optimization/artwork/branding
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field with passion for podcasts
Track record of talent relations, managing clients, or comparable combination of education and experience
Strong communication and people skills
Attention to detail
Have a basic understanding of Talent partnership agreements
Ability to multi-task and self-direct
Open to learning new skills and techniques
Clear understanding of how to provide superior client service
