As a Senior Employee Communications Associate, you'll be a vital part of our Employee Communications team within the Human Resources department. You'll craft compelling internal communication campaigns, manage content creation, and orchestrate events that resonate with our global workforce. This role is perfect for someone with a creative spark, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills. You'll collaborate across teams, ensuring our messaging is cohesive and that we maintain a connected, motivated, and informed employee community. We'll Count on You To:•Develop and execute innovative internal communication strategies that engage and inspire employees, working with the Employee Communications Business Partners and independently.•Disseminate important company updates, news, and announcements promptly and effectively.•Craft and distribute internal email communications and newsletters, upholding Fitch Group's brand standards and voice.•Regularly update and manage the employee communications section on our SharePoint intranet, ensuring content is accessible, current, and impactful.•Liaise with different departments to curate content that supports a cohesive company narrative.•Take charge of the online company logo merchandise store, optimizing the product mix and overseeing operations.•Plan and support internal events, including town halls, roundtables, employee research sessions, and other employee events.•Set and pursue communication goals, leveraging metrics to guide strategies and decision-making.•Collaborate with the Collaboration Services team to refine email distribution for maximum reach and engagement.•Manage financial processes, including invoice administration and vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.•Own the outcomes by setting specific goals, measuring and monitoring progress, and making data-driven recommendations and decisions•Oversee the administration of invoices and vendor payments, coordinating with the finance department to ensure timely processing.

What You Need to Have:•A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.•At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within internal communications.•A portfolio that showcases your skill in creating various forms of content.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.•Ability to manage projects from conception through execution, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.•Experience in event planning and execution.•Demonstrated ability in managing projects end-to-end and executing events.•A readiness to learn about finance-related administrative tasks.•Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to partner with multiple stakeholders.•Discretion in handling confidential information.

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY:

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $70,000 and $90,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
