We are currently hiring for our next Taproom Marketing Co-opat our Truly LA & Angel City Brewery locations

in Los Angeles, CA.

This position is a full-time (40 hours per week), hybrid position with at least 3 days onsite at the BBC LA campus in the DTLA Arts District.

What You'll Do:Assist in the development, marketing, and execution of Taproom programs at Angel City and Truly LACollaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas, assist with video and photo content production, and write copy for social postsAssist with community management responsibilities on both Angel City and Truly LA social media channelsDesign graphics for event promotion, taproom signage, social media, etc.Write copy for blog posts and newsletterAssist with developing rental program through booking and coordinating private events and day-of executionHelp track and analyze success of rentals, events, and social postsPlan and execute onsite events to drive traffic to Angel City and Truly LA, some taking place during evening hours and weekendsCreate event listings on Eventbrite and submit events to local LA publicationsMaintain and develop new partnerships with local businesses, musicians, and artistsCollaborate cross-functionally with employees across BBCLA, including taproom team, brand teams, legal team, design team, and more.Support any other marketing initiatives and business needsWhat We're Looking For:Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree programCourse work in Marketing, Management, Communication, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Design, and/or Photography/VideographyMust be 21+ years of age to applyValid Social Security Number needed by first day of employmentMust be able to commute at least 3 days/week to the BBC LA campus in the DTLA Arts DistrictProfessional attitude and demeanorMust be self-motivated and proactiveExcellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)Experience with content production, basic proficiency with camera operation & photo/video editing, and basic graphic design skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamInnovative, unafraid to voice opinions, constantly driven to find ways to improve marketing strategy and/or overall operationsOrganized, detail-oriented, ability to multitask and manage various projects & deadlines with easeAbility to be attentive to all aspects of the manufacturing environment while workingFamiliar with and/or interested in L.A. culture, sports, the arts, and craft beer / hard seltzer (not required but preferred)Ability to lift at least 35 lbs.Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Excel, Word, Canva, CapCut, and Outlook (Adobe Suite is a plus)Some Perks:When candidates join Boston Beer's Early Talent Program,
